Plugin breaks the toolbar #5

The plugin breaks my dokuwiki (Ponder Stibbons) Toolbar. Can't use it therefore

In my installation 2014-09-29 "Hrun" the toolbar is also not complete, the buttons after the caption buttons are not shown.

same problem here - seems strange to me... how can an auth-plugin effect parts of the toolbar?
