Option to configure global filtering #122

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no way to add global filtering on the category filters.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to configure global filtering.

Another, maybe better, option would to add a check/toggle option next to the filters. The checked/toogled filters would be applied on top of the selected filter.

In the tree? Or in the filter definition?

Is it the same request as #100?

In the tree, next to the filter name, a small check box or icon that would make that filter active even when selecting another filter.

It's not the same as #100, there I understood you want to be able to edit the general filters and add you own filters in the general section.

Ok, I see. Similarly to the search field.

Yes, in #100 I wanted to have an option to show my custom filters in the General subtree.
