Describe the bug Changing current filter settings should refresh presented tasks.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to some (editable) Task Filter
  2. Right click and choose Edit
  3. Change some criterion (which affects number of the shown tasks)
  4. Close the dialog (e.g. using the Close button).
  5. Number of tasks in the view hasn't changed.

Expected behavior The list of tasks is refreshed using the new criteria (preferably only if there were any changes to keep the already selected task and scrolling state otherwise).
