Describe the bug Setting the first day of the week to Monday results in wrong weekday for the given date.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: File > Settings > Date & Time Screenshots

Expected behavior Weekday should fit to date.

Version & system information App Version: 0.9.7 (3cba7d8) on Linux Xubuntu 19.10

The issue is in Ant Design library, I created a ticket for them https://github.com/ant-design/ant-design/issues/21906
