Popup error at each startup #217

Describe the bug Every time I start the TaskUnifier windows app I get a popup error in the upper right corner. See attached picture. It doesn't seem to affect functionality. I think this started after I upgraded to version 1.2.1.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I just start the app

Version & system information Cloud or App? This is the Windows app, Version: 1.2.1 (8f21147)

I see this bug quite often while using 1.2.1 -- haven't noticed yet in 1.2.2 but it happens most often when i click in a cell to modify a context or a folder or a date or the title of a task-- but hard to replicate -- and i'm impressed you could capture it as it disappares about the time i want to do a screen shot.

The upgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 seems to have fixed it. Please note that your upgrade does not succeed if I have turned on "Confirm before closing" because it gets stuck and fails before I have a chance to confirm closing the app. I had to turn that option off and then run the upgrade. Please make note of that for future upgrades.

just noticed same error in Version: 1.2.2 (5e0cd47)

i was changing the context of a task and double clicked the task and got a popup in upper right area fo the screen -- disappeared before i could screengrab it.
