Filtering by "Completed" field doesn't work #85

Describe the bug Filtering in a custom filter using the "Completed" field doesn't work

To reproduce Create that filter: image See no tasks (especially those completed).

Expected behavior See some completed tasks.

Version & system information App: 0.8.3 (cad681b)

Additional context

  1. It doesn't' matter if I set "equals" or "Does not equal" - no tasks are shown
  2. It might be a regression. I believe I had seen it working at the begging of TU-app.
