MySQL Connection over SSH #94

It would be great to be able to connect to remote MySQL server over SSH.
Programs like Sequel Pro support it. 

There is a screenshot in attachement which depicts the configuration screen
for such connection in Sequel Pro.

This feature would not be necessary if issue 78 would be implemented. SSL 
support is
even better solution than connecting to MySQL trough SSH.
