People with trust can ban world owner #54

This is a serious issue that people have been reporting, getting banned on their own world. No wonder why players count have been down.

I think I got the bug

  1. I was in my world, and did /ban
  2. That person got banned, even though he's not in my world. He's banned and got kicked from the server altogether
  3. It's because when a player is banned, he got kicked from the server
  4. It doesn't account for if the player is in my world or not
