Qbit 4.4的版本，不适配，会丢失tracker #58

如题，Qbit 4.4版本，作为转移方，及从Qbit转移到Trans会丢失Tracker。 回退到 Qbit 4.23.9后 ，功能一切正常。

FYI: The .fastresume file has it, so one option it to parse both the .torrent and the .fastresume file

I created a tool that allows you to export the .torrent with announce coz this was too annoying.
