Add ReSharper-specific styles #20

Have you taken a look at the existing PR (#14)?

My personal opinion is that the colors you used don't really align with the ones used in the original Vim color scheme -- Types and fields, particularly. There's a lot of cyan and magenta in there.

These are all just aesthetic choices, so if you disagree, it's all good. :heart:

I had not seen #14, and was just kind of guessing on a lot of those colors based on ReSharper's original colors. We can definitely adjust to be more like the existing request and the original vim scheme.

I merged #14 since I also think it's closer to the original colors. I'm closing this pull request, but feel free to submit a new one if you believe you can improve it!
