Created VS2015 Settings #34

Updated SettingsTemplate.xml for changes to vssettings file format and settings keys in VS 2015.
Generated new dark and light Solarized vssettings files according to the documentation in the generator script.
Updated ReadMe for new VS version.

Also made sure to fix issue #31 with the addition of the "punctuation" setting in SettingsTemplate.

Thank you for your contribution! Do you think your fix for #31 could be ported to the other Visual Studio versions ?

It could be for any versions of Visual Studio that have the "punctuation" setting. I think this was introduced in 2015 though, so it would only be applicable in 2015 and 2017. Older versions of Visual Studio color brackets, braces, and parens as part of the "Plain Text" setting, as far as I know.
