Feature Request: New Periodic Frequencies #1938

I would like to specify some transactions occur on a specific day of the week. (i.e. 'every friday')

I would also like to specify that some transactions only occur on the first N weeks of the month (i.e. 'first 4 weeks of the month').

No. I don't use Emacs. My main ledger files are created from the bank csv files I download with some bash scripting. I used standard text editor to create a couple other files containing my opening balances and my budget (periodic transactions).
