Add "go back" button to "Use another account" #324

1) When we are on the account selection page 2) Then we click on "Use another account" 3) We cannot go back to the account selection page

It would be great if we had a "go back" button or a left-arrow at the top of the menu

Closing this issue, it's not relevant anymore on steemconnect latest version.
