I created a Dockerfile for installing MALPEM into a container image. I have it published to docker.io/fnndsc/malpem:1.3. It is also possible to copy the /opt/malpem-1.3 dir to other images, e.g. https://github.com/FNNDSC/pl-malpem/blob/064b69a146fb397906d5d210e8183ef5e65a82fe/Dockerfile#L3
