Software won't open #57

The software simply refuses to open on my laptop. There is no sign in the task manager, nor any notice saying that it's "Already running!", no error either. Any ideas as to why it happens and how to fix it on my end? Or is this an issue with the program itself? The software works perfectly fine on my desktop PC that I have no access to at the moment.

Specs: Windows 10 Home 64-bit 16 GB RAM DDR4 RTX 3060 (Laptop GPU) i7-11800H 1920x1080, 144 Hz display with the ability to stream HDR (But not use HDR modes itself)

Issue still unsolved. Cannot disable iGPU in BIOS (no option to do so anywhere). Manually disabling iGPU in Device Manager doesn't work either. Program still does not start, even with admin mode.

However, I can confirm the program starts with no problem once it is connected to a monitor via HDMI cable because it actively uses the Nvidia GPU. It's still a bummer that I cannot clamp my internal display's primaries to a specific colour space for testing purposes, forcing me to use dwmlut.
