Cell xml files contain numerical cell types instead of plain text cell type (e.g. UMTS) #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export cells, keep upload files
2. Open xml file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
XML files should have the cell type in plain text instead of numerical value

To be:
<gsmneighbour .. act="UMTS"/> instead of <gsmneighbour .. act="8"/>
