Requesting accessibility for screen readers #13

The app directly don't work with screen readers, the screen readers speak nothing in the app if you move with tab and arrow keys as it happen in classic XP/Vista start menu or Classic/OpenShell. Can you improve that? At least all graphical elements should be labeled properly, that could be the first step. Another suggestion is add a shortcut (preferably Windows key) that will target the app so you can see the menu easily.

@Sergiaws Are you trying to use ViStart on a tablet by any chance? What OS are you currently using.

My OSes are Windows 10 and Vista. To test the issue yourself, try the following:

  1. Get NVDA/Jaws screen reader (recommend NVDA). If you test on XP/Vista use the version 2017.3 and dissable UAC if you run it in Vista.
  2. Try to browse Windows XP/Vista/OpenShell start menu with NVDA, keyboard arrow keys and without mouse.
  3. Try to browse ViStart's start menu with NVDA, keyboard arrow keys and without the mouse.
  4. Compare the results.
