For items like "I have considered whether my tool / tech / platform should allow cloud settings" it would be helpful to provide links to resources that can help folks dive into the technical considerations.

Great question. This is a good idea. I feel the goal of the document is to be as lightweight as possible. Specifically to avoid containing technical information, which doesnt age well and requires a higher duty of care. Because of this DSPPUX will have many issues like this where it purposely steps around technical recommendations or lists of tools. However a separate appendum can & should be added, with the caveat that it may slip out of date from time to time. Are there any links that you would recommend, or considerations you feel should be raised up?

Thanks for the idea! Yes we would like to add this feature in the next stage of this project in making it more interactive.
