Added gmail contact while they were offline, when they accepted I got two dozen popups asking whether to allow them to see my presence. #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign into a jabber server (I use a private server, jabber.org might 
work)
2. Add an @gmail.com user as a contact, while that user is offline
3. When they come back online, the new 'allow to see presence' popup 
repeats many times, so fast you can't interrupt.
After accepting all the popups, new online contact still doesn't appear in 
the list.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should only popup once.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
exodus_0.10.0.0 on Vista   32-bit

To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?
Jabberd2

What plugins, if any, are enabled?
None
