trouble logging in says i have an account already. #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i log in errormessage comes up stating users account already created.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  I would like to get 
logged on and use the product.  i dont know why i am now unable to use it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v10.0.0.0

To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?

What plugins, if any, are enabled?
