opi zero3 does not boot #4

i got 1.5gb version of kali and put uboot in

root@yay:/home/anhwai/Downloads# dd bs=1k seek=8 if=u-boot-sunxi-with-spl-opizero3-1.5gb.bin of=/dev/sdb1

but after hat the pi does not boot or flash led ive tried official 1.5gb images and they work perfectly
