scrollTo animation control #440

The scrollTo animation is extremely smooth on iOS but a bit abrupt and fast on Android. Is there any way to control this? I'd be glad to fork this repo or provide a PR with a function param.

@leecade are we still accepting PRs? There seems to have been no action on this repo for a long time.
