Event duration is shown as 2 hours long, when it is only 1 hour long #3

I added an event from 2200 to 2300, but the timetable event shows the meeting as being 2 hours long from 2200 to 2400. This would be misleading for users as they would be confused on what the actual meeting duration is supposed to be.

Downgrading of severity:
This is a rare occurencee only for events that happen at 2300, which is not frequent for most users, and there are no modules that have a timeslot near that timing.
