In the autobuild-ccpu-chk.cmd file it is asking for the de_windows_7_professional_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677093.iso which is the German version of Windows 7. Why not ask for the English version?

Because there is a fast public downloadlink available for it on Winfuture site. You can also download 7601.24214.180801-1700.win7sp1_ldr_escrow_CLIENT_PROFESSIONAL_x86FRE_en-us.iso if you prefer, prepare-script will also detect this version. However download of this ISO from M$ was very slow in my tests. If you have another language version of the Win 7 ISO, you can also rename it and use it, it doesn't really matter.

Is 32-bit required or can I also use 64-bit cuz I have a 64-bit Windows 7 ISO

64bit also works, you have to rename it to de_windows_7_professional_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_676919.iso then so that it gets detected as x64 version.
