msdos apps worked fine, but windows 3.x console apps don't! #270

As described, windows 3.x console apps does not work with ntvdmx64. An example would be MSVC 1.52c. Thanks, let me compile and test this new build on my computer. I'll let you know later if that fixed the issue for me.
