Port for varnish 4, and add some new functions #7

(sorry about the pull request actually containing at least two different features)

The first commit ports the current code to varnish 4 (most of the work is on the build system). The rest of the commits add new functions, to get the Region and Organization names. And we can also directly use the IP from the VCL instead of having to convert it to a string first.
