The image show ever same kaptcha code #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. the user digit the code in the input box
2. if the user reload the page , the kaptcha code is the ever the same
3. the code in the input box don't corresponding to the kaptcha image, but this 
is not true 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the output is 'code not corresponding' but the code is the same

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3 on UNIX. On Windows is work fine

Please provide any additional information below.

Kaptcha works fine. You are doing something wrong.
