What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 쉘에서 hangul -k 3y -i UY 명령을 내립니다.
2. 화면에 U+00B7 (·)과 U+003C (<)가 출렴됩니다. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 U+302E와 U+302F가 출력되어야 할 것으로 보입니다.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 0.1.0 on mac os x

Please provide any additional information below.

세벌식 옛글의 자판은 아래한글의 자판 배열을 
사용했습니다.
아래한글에서는 옛글 자판의 Y와 U에는 < 와 ·가 배치되어 
있습니다.

아, 그렇군요. 알겠습니다. 하지만 현재 libhangul이 제공하는 
자판 중에서 방점을 입력할 수 있는 게 하나도 없다는 건 
바람직한 상태는 아니라고 봅니다.

그것은 libhangul의 문제라기 보다는 옛한글에 대한 표준적인 
자판이 없는 우리의 현실이 문제라 할 수 있겠네요.
