Move Command Post vechicles from AFV to Command Posts and Communication Stations #8

  1. Add missing command post vehicles

  2. Change type of several vehicles as they are now represented in the latest version of the data from Armoured Fighting Vehicles to Command Posts and Communication Stations

  3. Change category Communication Stations to Command Posts and Communication Stations

This should fix https://github.com/leedrake5/Russia-Ukraine/issues/7
