Mostly done from memory, but probably not far off.

I've left a bag of components on the main desk in the space, wverything you need should be there or in the box of bits.

The partially populated PCB is a switch-mode regulator. Populate "power" with slide switch from box-of-bits, connect "battery" to 12v/gnd of doorlock circuit, and obvious end of "r3" to 3.3v rail of doorlock circuit.
