Creation of rooms in slack isn't reflected on irc #11

It is possible to create additional rooms on slack and these are not reflected onto irc at all. Either that they're created or the conversation that happens in them.

Perhaps this could be amended by mirroring all Slack channels to separate IRC channels? A post could be sent to IRC when a new channel is created.
