Update field label to include units

For each asset feature class, please update the label in the data grid for the field Total Mitigation Surplus (TOTAL_MIT_SURPLUS) to include units:

Wetland Assets, Other Assets: "Total Mit Surplus (ac)" Stream Assets: "Total Mit Surplus (LF)"

The label is displayed in the General tab for each asset.
