ioError 2032 when querying Site Selection status #82

When querying Mitigation / Site Selection, where Site Selection Status = Recommend for Mitigation, upon clicking Apply Filter, the system displays an ioError 2032.

I'm guessing this is a data issue, and that's OK - but we need to know what is causing the issue in the database, so that we can update our notes for the data loading process to prevent this from continually occuring.

This is resolved in production. It was not caused by any data loading procedures but a minor error in a view.
