Implement Rocket Booking, cancellations, and switch badges for Rockets

In this PR, I was able to do the following.

Implement Rocket Booking.
Implement Rocket Cancellation.
Switch badges for Rocket when rocket is booked or canceled.
Fix Linter errors.
