How does one contribute to this repo? #1

Hullo Lee Harr,

Are there ways I can contribute to this repo? I have reason to believe you are my former robotics mentor.

leeharr commented 2 years ago

It's possible. I have worked with a few FIRST teams. Were you on a FIRST team? Which team or school?

Do you actually use the code in this repo for something? Or are you just saying Hello?

All of my open source code is actually on SourceForge. I just use this github.io page because it allows me to deploy a PWA without setting up my own server.

Ah, you're still alive. I remember you used to use tortoise svn. I don't use this code. I was just checking to see what Lee Harr was up to these days.

I was surprised by the lack of Python code. But that is probably because as you said, it is on SourceForge.

This is Curtis. Perhaps we should continue over email rather than github issues?

You can write straight to my email if you want: @.*** Once you get this I will delete this Issue.

I see that you have written a lot of python code, and some Javascript too. Sometimes you just have to get something running on the web, right?

Good to hear from you!

Just sent two emails.

To answer your question from the other reply: "Sometimes you just have to get something running on the web, right?" Yes, the faster you can get your code to crash, the faster you can begin fixing it.

At times, the bare minimum takes far more time to accomplish than we predict.
