I'm trying to follow your analysis pipeline. Somehow the estimateTissueBoundary.py result for sequencing data of SRR14082753 produces almost nothing while other datasets looked fine. When I checked the spatial barcodes shared by HDMI_SeqScope_2nd.txt and whitelist.txt, the number was extremely low compared to other datasets.
Am I missing something here? Thank you so much for your help in advance.
