For transcoded streaming, add "subtitle" and "audio" track selection capability in the trancode setting screen

Currently, not able to trancodes stream with subtitle overlay on it and no 
audio track selection.

Thats not even possible in the webinterface, how schould I add a function which 
doesnt exist?
