Navigatior flickering while changing volume. #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking the volume control
2. Holding mouse down
3. Moving mouse back and forth along the bar
4. While doing this the interface flickers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The volume should raise/lower without any issues from the rest of the interface.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version [Alpha 2.1]

Please provide any additional information below.
Issue seems to effect all browsers.

To update this, it seems this is caused by hovering over the first volume bar. 
Possibly something to do with the mute/unmute ?
