Update .travis.yml #2

This adds the lines from https://github.com/leeper/rio/blob/master/.travis.yml which in theory would allow to compile feather.

Hm... it didn't pass the check because feather failed to install again. And wow, feather's travis config is super complicated https://github.com/wesm/feather/blob/master/.travis.yml.
