Helper function for loading multiple rse files #15

At BioC2019 @sonali-bioc requested having a function for loading multiple RSE files.

This is just a reminder to myself for actually doing this :-)

I'm closing this since we have now released recount3 and in that new package, the RangedSummarizedExperiment objects are created on the fly, unlike in recount2 (recount R package).
