minor fix for function SKATBinary_Robust.SSD.All #8

Error messages were raised due of two unneeded variables OUT.nRare and OUT.nRare. "Error in OUT.nRare[i] <- re$n.rare : replacement has length zero". Lines containing OUT.nRare and OUT.nCommon were comment out as a quick fix.
