The online server does not work #65

I found that I cannot use the LigParGen Server online, it has no response after I submitting the molecular file. Even I click the “Sample Benzene”, there is no response. Could you help me fix this?

Hello Alan, same problem here. The online server takes an eternity to load the molecule, and the window has changed, it's to display a 504 error screen (Gateway Time-Out). I tried from a different computer with no success. I don't think there's much we can do for now.

One work-around though, is to download the python code and run LigParGen yourself on your machine (see link) and run it. But you'll need Prof. Jorgenssen's to send you a BOSS executable before starting the installation procedure. I'm currently waiting for his answer.
