Server Timing Out #78

[ ] I believe this to be a bug with LigParGen

Issue Information

Software name & Version : LigParGen online server Method: Submit a molecule in .PDB format with 1.14*CM1A^1 option selected. I would submit the .PDB file but GitHub doesn't support it.

Expected Behavior

Generate output files

Actual Behavior

I receive a 504 gateway timeout.
