When rejecting a vacation request, the notification is wrong #120

current notification: "Your vacation request is saved but not sent for confirmation..." the notification should be: "The vacation request has been successfully rejected"

Since there already is "Request has been successfully rejected" message, it would be best just to not show the green message.
