Make users with missing information more apparent

Sometimes admin forgets to add new user's info, e.g. new employee's first workday and manager info. To discover this earlier, we should make it easier to spot these users in users list.

I think the issue could be solved by a color change and a hover tooltip. Also, the newest users could be ordered first in the list by default.

Also, remove 3 columns:

• Created date
• Modified by
• Modified date

and add columns:

• First workday
• {previousyear} balance
