Filter list automatically when user changes input #162

We could automatically make the filter request every time when user changes the filter inputs. Then the user wouldn't have to press Enter or click on the "Filter" button each time.

Needs a change in: 'My vacations' page 'Overview' page 'User management' page 'Vacation management' page

Needs testing. Are there any style improvement ideas regarding the current filter row?
