Archive users

We need to add an option for users to be disabled and archived.

• There should be an extra button in User management view after the delete button (edit/delete/archive)
• When clicking on the button, user should be prompted "Are you sure you want to archive User ?"
• Once user is archived, the buttons should show edit/delete/restore
• Clicking on restore, user should be unarchived and back in the users list
• Users should be filtered by unarchived users by default
• There should be a checkbox/filter field to select to filter active/archived/all users

We should check git history - the jhipster generated application had a feature to disable-enable users. Maybe we can re-use this old code?
