color not working using IE #2

Using InternetExplorer 11 then the background color is not working. Same table works fine using Chrome.

Thanks. This is a duplicate of the Background color issue, so I will close it. If I can resolve the coloring issue I will.

I am surprised QSD does not display the colors, as I thought it leveraged the Chrome engine and this should work like Chrome. But it seems to have the same problem as IE11.
