AI's reaction to opponent player's Bishop causes it to trash "good" cards. #630

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Player playing Bishop
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AI should only trash Coppers, Estates, Shelters and Ruins when player plays
Bishop.

Instead, AI trashes also trashes Silvers and Golds when player plays Bishop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I downloaded the latest version i'm usingfrom this link:
http://androminion.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/androminion/bin/androminion.apk

I'm using it on Android phone: Alcatel One Touch 918

I take it the AI does this even when it's early to mid-game? Otherwise,
there's definitely merit to trashing Silver and Gold for the VP if the game
will end before you get a chance to theoretically cycle to those cards again.

Given how the AIs have used Ambassador to give the rest of us Silvers, I'm
definitely willing to believe that the AI isn't doing this correctly

Re "merit to trashing Silver and Gold for the VP".

As I understood it, the issue (and I've seen this too) is that the AI trashes
"good" cards when an opponent plays the Bishop. So the player who plays Bishop
might reasonably get a few extra VP by trashing a "good" card, but the AI
doesn't get any benefit. I've played a few games where Mary and maybe Chris, I
think, end up with literally two cards because they trash everything given the
opportunity.
