Not expanding variables ${name} #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Code Composer Studio from TI, all of the paths are based on system 
variables such as ${ProjName}. 

These aren't expanding out in cppcheck, such that I instead need to copy the 
command line over and do a find and replace on the command line to create 
absolute paths before being able to use Cppcheck.

What version of the cppcheclipse, cppcheck, Eclipse and Java are you using?
On what operating system?
Cppcheck: 1.58
cppcheclipse: 0.99
Eclipse: 3.7.2 (TI Code Composer 5.2)
Java: v7 u11
CDT: 8.0.2
